Terms of service

These terms apply to services provided by Dynamo Integrations, LLC ("Dynamo", "we") to business customers. Free tools are provided as-is. Any paid tool or app will be sold under its own license terms, published when it launches.

Scope and quotes

Each project is described in a written quote or statement of work that states the scope, deliverables, price and any deposit. Work starts once you approve it. Changes to scope are agreed in writing and may change the price.

Invoices and payment

We bill through Stripe. Invoices are due by the date shown on the invoice. Deposits, when required, are stated on the quote.

Your materials

You keep ownership of your data, models and documents. You confirm you have the right to share them with us. We use them only to deliver your project.

Deliverables and ownership

Ownership of deliverables, and any license to tools we build, are set out in the quote for that project. If the quote is silent, you receive a license to use the delivered work for your own business purposes.

Warranty and liability

We deliver work that matches the agreed scope and will correct material defects reported within 30 days of delivery. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
